- 14 roles across 7 teams, at senior and entry level.
- New graduates can talk to us without choosing a role.
- Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Just graduating? You don't need to pick a job.
If you are finishing college, or just have, and want a career in marketing, start with a conversation instead of a job title. Tell us what you studied, what you have tried and what you are curious about.
We will talk with you about where you would fit: paid advertising, search, analytics, content or websites.
What helps us get to know you
- Anything you have run or built: a campaign, a website, a social account, a small business.
- A class project, internship or job, and what you learned from it.
- The part of marketing you would want to learn first.
- When you graduate, if you have not yet.

Why work at Silver Leaf Agency.
What working here is like, in the same plain terms we use with clients.
- You do the marketing.
- We built software for the checking, the pulling of numbers and the first drafts. That leaves the judgement, the strategy and the client to you.
- Your work is measured in revenue.
- Every channel reports in leads, calls, booked jobs and revenue. You will see what your work did for a business, in numbers its owner cares about.
- Nothing to dress up.
- Clients see everything: spend, results, work performed, and mistakes. Nobody here will ask you to make a report look better than the numbers.
- Permission to say stop.
- We tell a client to stop spending when the numbers say so. You will never have to defend a budget you would not spend yourself.
- Room to act.
- Our rule is to act before asked: find it, fix it, then tell the client. The people who run an account are trusted to run it.
- Early, and learning from a veteran.
- You would be one of the first people here, working directly with Daniel Hemmerich, our Founder & CEO, who has spent twenty-five years in the technology and operations behind digital marketing. You learn from that every day, and you help decide how the work is done.
